What people ask.

Do you change my property in the photos?

No. I adjust light, colour, straight lines and sharpness. I add nothing and remove nothing: no furniture, no different view, no different sky. Guests get exactly what they see in the photo.

Do you edit photos with people in them?

No. I only work on photos of the property itself: rooms, outdoor areas and views. If people are in the middle of a photo, or are clearly recognisable, I don’t edit it. So choose photos without people for your free photos.

Is this allowed on Booking.com and Airbnb?

Both platforms want photos that show the real situation. That’s why I change nothing about what is in the photo, only how it looks. What you upload stays your choice and your responsibility.

Who owns the rights to the photos?

You, or the photographer who took them. So only send photos you’re allowed to have edited.

What if I’m not happy?

One round of changes is included. If you’re still not happy after that, you pay nothing.

What do I need to do myself?

Send me your link or two photos, then upload the new photos. I give you a short list with the order I recommend.

What does the video look like?

A walkthrough of your property, made from your improved photos, with calm movement. Already happy with your current photos? Then I make the video from those. You get a landscape version for your listing and website and a vertical version for social media.
